Entre Amis

CHECK IN: 3 p.m. - CHECK OUT: 11 a.m.
The apartments are available at 3 p.m. On the day of departure, the apartments need to be vacated by 11 a.m. You can safely store your luggage before check in or after check out in our Entre Amis office, Hajos utca 23. We can offer a larger flexibility depending on the departure and arrival of other guests for the apartments.

SELF CATERING
All Entre Amis apartments are self catering flats, we do not serve breakfast. Our guests can use the Nespresso coffeemaker in each apartment. On arrival there will be a bottle of water in the fridge. In the immediate area of all Entre Amis apartments there are lots of different eating facilities, cafés and restaurants. You will also find supermarkets open 24/7.

RESERVATION AND BOOKING
We can hold a reservation for no longer than 7 days. We consider a reservation to be confirmed and booked after receiving a deposit of 1 night. Deposits can either be paid by bank transfer to our Hungarian bank account or by credit card on www.Paypal.com. The remaining amount of the rental fee needs to be paid on arrival, in cash and in Euro. For the time being we do not have the possibility accept credit cards in the apartment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation up to 30 days before your stay: complete refund minus bank or PayPal costs. Cancellation after 30 days: Entre Amis will keep the deposit.

MINIMUM STAY OF 2 NIGHTS
The apartments can be rented for a minimum period of 2 nights. If you would like to stay for one night we will charge 125% of the normal rental fee. The complete amount will have to be paid in advance.

BABY'S AND SMALL CHILDREN We do not charge an extra fee for baby's or small children, we can provide a babybed and a high chair on request for no extra cost.

CLEANING The apartments are cleaned before arrival and after departure. The cleaning is included in the price. In case you want to book an extra cleaning, this is always possible for an extra fee of 20 euro. For stays of more than 7 nights you can to book an extra cleaning, free of charge.

BEDDING, SHEETS AND TOWELS
All is provided at no extra cost. For a booking of more than 5 nights all bedding, sheets and towels will be changed. Bathtowels from the apartment are not to be used when visiting the Thermal baths of Budapest. We can provide extra towels should you want to visit the spa's.

HOUSE RULES
There is a strict No Smoking policy in all our apartments. Smoking can be tolerated on the private balconies or inner courtyards of the buildings. All apartments are in residential buildings and we ask of all our guests to respect our neighbours's peace and quiet in the common areas of the buildings. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

LIABILITY
Entre Amis is not responsible for theft, loss or damage during your stay at one of our apartments. Guests need to make sure they are properly covered by insurance when travelling and staying at our apartments. Possible damage, other than the usual wear and tear, caused by guests to the common areas, apartments or possessions of Entre Amis need to be reported immediately. A possible liability claim will be assessed case by case, depending on the damage.
